How We Grade
Buying second-hand online usually means guessing. We would rather you did not have to. Every pair here is checked, cleaned, scored on four things, and photographed exactly as it is, scuffs included.
Every pair gets checked up close: uppers, soles, insoles. Then we tell you exactly what we found.
No Surprises, Ever
Properly cleaned
Deep cleaned, UV-C sterilised, and reshaped on cedar trees. They arrive fresh, not just wiped down.
Checked for real
Stitching, interior tags, and midsole glue all get inspected before a pair goes up. If it fails, it does not get listed.
Photographed honestly
No stock images. Every scuff, crease, and worn heel is shown close up, so what you see is what turns up.
How we check
Every pair gets looked over properly: stitching against how the factory does it, the tags inside, and the glue lines along the midsole under a blacklight. If something is off, the pair does not go up for sale. We would rather lose a listing than sell you a fake.
How we clean
Shoes spend 25 minutes under UV-C light, then get an antimicrobial treatment and a cedar deodorise. Insoles come out and are treated on their own. Every pair leaves here fresh, and the cleaning record number is on the product page if you want to see it.
Getting the size right
We list the size printed inside the shoe, plus EU, UK, and CM worked out from the actual insole. The fit note on each page tells you how that particular model runs, not a blanket rule for the brand. If a pair comes up small, we say so.
Getting them to you
Orders go out within 24 to 48 hours, tracked and insured. Everything ships double-boxed with a sealed band, so it arrives the way it left.
If it is not right
Because each pair is the only one of its kind, we cannot swap it for another. What we can do is put it right if the shoes are not what we described. Get in touch within 72 hours with a couple of photos and the reference number, and we will sort it out.
